Shannon Fitzgerald

Shannon Fitzgerald has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been serving as the Chief Brand Officer at SSA Group, where they are responsible for driving the company's brand and values, both internally and externally. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they served as the Chief People Officer at SSA Group.

Before joining SSA Group, Shannon worked at Service Systems Associates from 2007 to 2017. During their tenure there, they held several roles, including Chief Culture Officer from 2016 to 2017, VP Catering Sales and Operations from 2013 to 2016, Director Of Catering Sales from 2010 to 2013, and Catering Operations Manager from 2007 to 2009.

Shannon began their career as a Social Studies Teacher at Lane Technical High School in Chicago, IL, from 2005 to 2007.

Shannon Fitzgerald completed a Certificate program in Advanced Business Marketing Strategies at Kellogg Executive Education in 2022. In the same year, they also participated in the Kellogg on Brand program at Kellogg Executive Education. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Shannon attended DePaul University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with a focus on Social Studies Teacher Education.
