Claes Jurstrand

Claes Jurstrand has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and athletics officiating. Since January 1991, Claes has served as Region Manager for IT Infrastructure at SSAB, a leading global producer of Advanced High Strength Steels and related products. In addition to this role, Claes has held multiple positions in athletics, including International Technical Official for both World Athletics and European Athletics since 2013 and 2017, respectively, where responsibilities include acting as a Technical Delegate and Jury of Appeal at major international events. Furthermore, Claes has been involved with the Swedish Athletic Association as a National Technical Official and Technical Delegate since 2005, officiating at significant athletics competitions in Sweden. Claes holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Linköping University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
