Jennifer Kardys

Jennifer Kardys has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Automotive US/CAN at SSAB since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing OEM and Tier One business relationships and growing the SSAB portfolio in the electric vehicle segment. Prior to this, Jennifer held various positions at United States Steel Corporation from November 2005 to April 2016, including Sales Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating contracts, managing customer relationships, and overseeing product quality and delivery. Jennifer also has experience as a Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative, managing teams and maintaining customer satisfaction. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wayne State University.
