Christina Pinkley, MBA, is an experienced professional in the field of product design, user experience, and innovation strategy. Currently serving as the Global Director of Product Design, User Experience, and Modernization Strategy at SS&C Technologies, Christina has previously held significant roles such as Senior Consultant for Experience Design and Innovation at UnitedHealth Group, Manager of Customer Experience Design, Strategy, & Innovation at Sprint, and Head of Medical Practice Management, Operations & Experience Design at KC Eye Specialists. Additionally, Christina contributed to strategy and business development as a consultant at Omron Healthcare, Inc.
