Juergen Massey

Juergen Massey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Since May 1992, Juergen has served as the Vice President of Customer Success at SS&C Technologies, focusing on product management, consulting, and professional services. Previously, from March 1996 to June 2004, Juergen held the position of Director/VP at CSC, overseeing product and services for AWD, Hogan, and 3r products in Japan. Juergen began a career in systems engineering at IBM from 1990 to 1992, specializing in C++ development, operating systems, and networking. Juergen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University from 1985 to 1989.
