Mary C. Pennisi

Mary C. Pennisi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, employment law, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at SS&C Technologies since October 2021, Mary oversees key legal matters within a leading global provider of software and solutions. Previous positions include Senior Counsel and Vice President at SS&C, Senior Litigation Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, and various roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Duane Morris LLP, where Mary focused on complex commercial and regulatory litigation.
