Joe Facer has a background in customer support and sales. Joe started their career as a Sales Assistant at PETTITS OF WALLINGFORD LIMITED before transitioning into a Customer Support Officer role at Express Worldwide. Joe then moved on to British Gas Business, where Joe served as a Gas Asset Administrator and later as a Trainee Technical Support Officer. Currently, at SSE Enterprise Utilities, Joe holds the position of Gas Asset Technical Support, Compliance & Reporting Officer, where Joe manages a team of administrators and provides support to the Gas O&M Manager. Joe also specializes in creating and implementing Access databases to streamline employee efficiency.
