Emma Leishman

Emma Leishman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emma started their career at White Space Strategy Ltd as a Business Analyst, utilizing their skills to help companies make informed market-based decisions. Emma then progressed to become a Senior Analyst, Managing Analyst, and eventually a Project Team Leader within the same company. Emma then transitioned to SSE Energy Solutions - Distributed Energy, where they worked in various roles such as Strategy Analyst, Business Consultant, Head of Strategy for Distributed Energy, and finally, as the Head of Energy as a Service. Currently, Emma is working at SSE plc as the Head of Strategic Development and has recently been promoted to the position of Head of Group Strategy.

Emma Leishman completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law at The University of Glasgow from 2008 to 2012. Emma later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Corporate Governance and Accountability at the University of Glasgow from 2013 to 2014.
