Leigh Martin

Leigh Martin currently serves as the Head of Asset Management Excellence at SSE Renewables, leading a team focused on optimizing operations and maintenance for a global fleet of offshore wind farm assets. Previously, Leigh held various leadership roles within Siemens, including Head of Quality Management Offshore Execution and Head of Business Improvement, where responsibilities encompassed operational and business process excellence, internal improvement projects, and productivity management. Earlier experience included positions as Head of Business Excellence and Quality at Siemens Energy Service Renewables, as well as operational management roles in both Siemens Wind Power and Dalen Ltd. Leigh's career began as a Project Engineer at BMW Group UK Limited after earning a degree in Manufacturing and Business from the University of Birmingham.
