Aysha Pamukcu

Aysha Pamukcu is an accomplished policy and legal expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Policy Fund Director at the San Francisco Foundation since November 2019, as well as the Founder of Movement Praxis, Aysha has also held positions such as Planning Commissioner for the City of South San Francisco and had significant roles at ChangeLab Solutions and the Center for Community Investment. Aysha's experience includes serving as a Fulcrum Fellow and Health Equity Lead & Senior Attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, in addition to being a Senior Program Manager & Policy Counsel at the Women Donors Network. Previous positions include Policy Counsel for Economic Equity at The Greenlining Institute and Founder of Rewrite Success. Aysha's career began with a role as a Legal Clinician in the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Aysha holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in English and Political Science from Stanford University.
