Kalle Verho

Kalle Verho has had extensive experience in customer support, management, and development roles. Kalle began their career in 1998 as a Customer Support Manager at SuperWeb, where they managed support for all customers, planned training programs, and generated revenue through upselling. Kalle later worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Nedecon Oyj before joining Portalify Ltd as a Support Manager, where they supervised multiple mission-critical applications and successfully generated revenue through upselling and customizations. In 2006, Kalle became the Marketing Manager at Moxom, where they planned and executed nationwide marketing campaigns. Kalle then returned to Portalify Ltd as an Applications Support & Delivery Team Lead, overseeing presales and sales projects, as well as managing implementation and delivery of software projects. From 2009 to 2014, they served as a Support Manager at Portalify Ltd / Sepura plc, where they managed support for international mission-critical applications, collaborated with development teams and third parties, and generated significant revenue. Kalle's most recent role was at SSH Communications Security, where they initially worked as an Online Support Manager, designing and implementing an online support model for a new product. Kalle then became a Development Manager, responsible for implementing Agile methodologies, coaching and development, and continuous improvement initiatives. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Customer Support at SSH Communications Security.

Kalle Verho is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Software and Service Engineering at Aalto University. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Development at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
