Previously, John held various managerial roles, including Director at JD Engineering Management Solutions and Engineering Manager at Mondelēz International and Knighton Foods Ltd. John's background includes significant positions such as Reliability Manager at Premier Foods and Marine Engineer Mechanical in the Royal Navy. With educational qualifications in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Management and Leadership from the University of Wolverhampton and Telford College, respectively, John demonstrates a strong foundation in both technical and leadership capacities.
