Andrew Fox

Andrew Fox is an experienced regulatory affairs executive with a comprehensive background in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at SSI Strategy since July 2025, Andrew collaborates with clients at the executive level to develop regulatory strategies throughout the product lifecycle. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions including Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, where Andrew led teams through the clinical development of sonelokimab, and at Akamis Bio, overseeing regulatory affairs for a gene therapy platform. Additional experience includes guiding regulatory policy and product strategies at AstraZeneca, Exelixis, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, and Amgen, alongside advisory roles in consulting firms. Andrew holds a BSc in Biological Science from the University of Birmingham.
