Robert Honigberg, MD, MBA, is a seasoned executive in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Medical/Surgical Lead at SSI Strategy since January 2021. With extensive experience in medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and clinical development, Robert has held leadership roles at several companies, including Principal Consultant at MS&T Consulting, Senior Medical Director at Flexion Therapeutics, and Senior Director of US and NA Medical Affairs at Shire. Additionally, Robert contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Robert’s academic credentials include an MD from The Feinberg School of Medicine, an MBA focused on Health Services Management and Marketing from Kellogg School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
