Mandy Pratt

Mandy Pratt currently serves as the Volunteer Services Manager at SSM Health, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Mandy worked as a VA - FHA Account Manager at Veterans United Home Loans from February 2022 to December 2023, contributing to the company’s mission of assisting veterans and military families in homeownership. Prior experience includes a role as Development Officer - Midwest at USO, overseeing grassroots fundraising efforts, and Director of Development at the Animal Protective Association of Missouri, where leadership focused on fostering a culture of philanthropy. Additional positions include grants management roles at Variety the Children's Charity and Ranken Technical College, as well as directorial roles at Five Acres Animal Shelter and Southeast Missouri Food Bank, demonstrating a strong background in development, fundraising, and community engagement. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University.
