Paul Hedinger

Paul Hedinger, CPA CGMA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Paul is currently serving as the Finance VP for the Oklahoma Region at SSM Health. Prior to this, they worked at Lovelace Health System as the CFO for Lovelace Medical Group, where they successfully managed the financial aspects of a rapidly expanding physician group. Paul was able to develop reporting tools that facilitated the group's growth through acquisitions and the addition of new specialties. During this time, they consistently achieved favorable budget performance and improved the group's EBITDAR performance. Before joining Lovelace Health System, Paul held the position of Controller at Lovelace Medical Group.

Earlier in their career, they served as the CFO and Director of Accounting at Standard Market, where they implemented processes to improve unit EBITDA performance. Paul also worked as a Senior Manager of Accounting at Preferred Hotel Group, where they redesigned the close process, resulting in more timely and accurate financial reporting. Paul gained valuable experience in accounting and operations roles at Fresenius Medical Care, where they served as an Accounting Supervisor and Senior Operations Analyst.

Before joining Fresenius Medical Care, they worked as a Supervising Senior Auditor at Legacy Professionals, LLP, where they gained auditing experience. Paul Hedinger, CPA CGMA completed their education at Indiana University Bloomington. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, and Operations Management. Paul later furthered their education there, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Paul Hedinger obtained the designation of Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in September 2006.
