Paul Zahrai

Paul Zahrai is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in backup and recovery administration, Windows system administration, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Backup/Recovery and Mid-Tier Storage Administrator at SSM Health since February 2018, Paul oversees corporate-wide backup and recovery using Avamar, Networker, and PPDM, while also managing the installation and configuration of mid-tier storage solutions. Previously, Paul held roles at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, Dell, TEKsystems, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and PMSI Consulting, where responsibilities included managing physical and virtual infrastructure, providing Active Directory support, and serving as a desktop support analyst for a large user base. Paul earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.
