Joseph Manuel Rojas Lopez has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Joseph Manuel started their career as an IT Technician at Apolo Empacaduras C.A, where they provided hardware and software support, managed ERP systems, and served as a network administrator. Joseph Manuel then moved on to TierraPC.com C.A, where they worked as an IT Technician, providing technical service, repairing and installing computers, and also involved in computer sales.

Following that, Joseph worked at SDI C.A Seguridad Digital Integral as a Project Coordinator for digital security. In this role, they were responsible for installing and providing technical service for surveillance cameras and security systems. Joseph Manuel also analyzed and monitored projects related to the installation of surveillance cameras.

Later, Joseph worked at Indexpo C.A as a Systems Analyst and Network Administrator. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting information systems, installing and maintaining computer and network components, and working with cloud ERP systems.

Joseph then started their own business as an IT Technician, offering computer repairs, installations, and assembly services to private customers and businesses in the Stockholm area. Joseph Manuel specialized in hardware and software diagnostics, backup and recovery systems, internet network installations, and crypto mining setups.

Most recently, Joseph joined Axians SE as a NOC Technician (Network Operation Center). In this role, they monitored, controlled, and troubleshooted network equipment, servers, and services for various clients, businesses, and environments. Joseph Manuel registered incidents in the ticketing system, followed up with customers via phone or email, and performed restarts and process management according to documentation.

In 2023, Joseph is set to join SSP Sweden as a Senior Installation Technician.

Joseph Manuel Rojas Lopez has pursued various educational experiences in the field of IT. In 2022-2023, they attended Lexicon Yrkesutbildning and completed a program in IT as a support technician. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, they attended Universidad Nueva Esparta and obtained a master's degree validated by the University and College Council in the field of computer science. In 2013, they completed a course in Routing and Switching at Academia Cisco Fermin Toro. Furthermore, in 2020, they studied computer and network technology at NTI-skolan, focusing on IT technician, IT support, and network technology.

Joseph Manuel Rojas Lopez has also earned additional certifications. Joseph Manuel obtained the IT technician for Support & Service certification from Lexicon Yrkesutbildning in January 2023. Additionally, they achieved Microsoft certifications: Azure Fundamentals in January 2023 and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals in October 2022.
