Lexie Newnham

Lexie Newnham is a seasoned professional in diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, currently serving as Global Senior Manager Inclusion & Wellbeing at SSP Group plc since March 2022. Previously, Lexie held the position of Group DE&I Manager at SSP Group plc. At MVF, recognized as one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, Lexie advanced from Talent Partner to Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, where responsibilities included creating and leading D&I strategies and establishing data-driven inclusion targets. Lexie's earlier roles at MVF included Talent Manager, where Lexie led the recruitment strategy for the Emerging Talent market, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, earning the Recruitment in Innovation Award in 2018. Lexie possesses a degree in History and Politics from the University of Reading and has completed CIPR qualifications.
