Vikram Prakash

Vikram Prakash is the Head of Customer Care and Operations at SSP Worldwide since December 2015. Vikram previously worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Computer Sciences Corporation in various roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Associate Technical Manager, Team Leader, ETL Developer, and Developer. Vikram holds a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
