Micaela Muro

Micaela Muro is a highly experienced study manager and project development manager at SSR Mining Inc. since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing Front End Studies and developing tactical plans for operations in the Americas and Türkiye. Previously, Micaela held positions at Knight Piesold, where project management of large-scale engineering programs and support for the Constancia Mine in Peru were key roles. Early career experiences include managing projects for YPF’s Sustenta program at INTI, advising the Argentinian Secretary of Industry on oil and gas at the Ministerio de Producción de la Nación, and serving as an assistant professor in Engineering Economics at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Micaela earned a degree from the University of Buenos Aires and attended the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires.
