Alton Abramowitz

Alton Abramowitz is a seasoned attorney specializing in matrimonial and family law, currently serving as a Partner in the Matrimonial & Family Law Department at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP since January 2019. With a career spanning decades, Abramowitz has held partner positions at several firms, including Mayerson Abramowitz & Kahn, LLP and Sheresky Aronson & Mayefsky, LLP, focusing on contested matrimonial cases and related family law issues. Leadership roles include serving as Chair of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
