Victoria Brophy

Victoria Brophy has a strong background in product development and NPD management. Victoria currently holds the positions of Head of Product Development and Head of New Product Development at ST. ALi Coffee Roasters. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Head of Product Development and Quality at Really Good People. Previously, they served as the Head of Product Development at Melrose Health from 2020 to 2021. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Hain Daniels Group, where they held various positions including Head of NPD and Senior NPD Manager. Victoria also has experience as an NPD Manager at QK Meats South Africa from 2009 to 2013 and at Northern Foods from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Bakkavor from 1999 to 2005.

Victoria Brophy obtained a HND in Home Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
