Doug Reed

Doug Reed has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, particularly in the mental health and addiction treatment sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Beacon Of Light Mental Health Ministry at St. Andrew United Methodist Church since July 2021, Doug previously held significant positions such as Vice President of Outpatient Services and Strategic Development at Enterhealth, and Senior Vice President at Phoenix House, where responsibilities included fundraising and operational oversight. Doug's career also includes directorship roles in foundation management at Children's Health and client management at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Earlier experience at Fidelity Investments encompassed senior management across multiple regional centers, with a focus on philanthropy and community relations. Doug holds a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas.
