St. Anne Institute is a voluntary, non-sectarian, residential and community based treatment center. St. Anne's comprehensive programs include a year-round Regents Accredited and Certified Jr. And Sr. High School for the emotionally handicapped; Residential Child Care for young women ages 12-21; Day Treatment/Family Services for children and families in crisis; a Pre School/ Day Care for children ages 3-3; and Prevention .

The Residential Services Team at St. Anne Institute provides comprehensive care and support to young women aged 12-21 in the residential child care program. This team, consisting of the Director of Residential Services, the Director of Residential Clinical Services, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Residential Counselors, collaborates to address the emotional, behavioral, and educational needs of residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
