Alexander Woon

Alexander Woon is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in support and technical roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Applied Value Technologies since August 2023, Alexander has previously held several positions at Genentech from 2015 to 2023, including Augmented Services IT Manager and Technical Desktop Lab Support Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting over 7,000 workstations and employees. Additionally, Alexander has contributed as a Technology Specialist Volunteer at St. Anthony Foundation and has experience in various capacities within CyberCSI and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology from San Jose State University and a Global Project Management certification from The George Washington University.
