Kate Price

Kate Price has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Kate started their career as an HR Consultant at Johnson Diversey in 2001. Kate then worked at Unilever as a Service Delivery Manager, leading the Service Desk and HR Administration teams. In 2005, they joined Molson Coors Brewing Company as an HR Manager, overseeing HR services and managing employee relations. Kate later became the Head of Talent at Molson Coors, focusing on talent management and leadership development. In 2011, they joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as the Head of Talent & Development, Global Brands, leading the talent and development strategy for the company. Kate also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Walgreens Boots Alliance, partnering with pharmacy and brand directors. In 2016, Kate joined Wilko as the Group HR Director, responsible for the HR strategy and leading the design and delivery of the talent and learning strategy. Currently, they are the People Director at St Austell Brewery, leading the people agenda for the company.

Kate Price attended the University of Cambridge from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained an MA Hons degree in Geography with a focus on Human, Social & Economic Geography. Kate also received certification as MBTI qualified from OPP in 2015 and became an MCIPD member of the CIPD.
