Mel Moser

Mel Moser is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at St Austell Brewery since February 2015, Mel has held various positions including Area Manager and Accommodation Revenue Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Revenue Manager at Toronto Airport West Hotel and as Revenue and Events Manager at Tregenna Castle, where responsibilities encompassed maximizing occupancy and revenue, budgeting, and team development. Mel began a career in administration with Cornwall Council, managing support for senior managers in the Adoption and Fostering departments, and also worked as Reservation Manager at Delta Hotels & Resorts. Mel holds an HND in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management from the University of Blackpool and The Fylde.
