Vish Beedassy

Vish Beedassy has over 20 years of work experience in tax management and consulting. Vish began their career at United Nations as a WCAR Delegate in 2001 and later worked at Grant Thornton International Ltd as an Audit & Advisory. Vish then joined Whytes as a Senior Consultant in 2005 and moved to PwC as a Senior/Asst. Manager in 2007. In 2009, Vish Beedassy joined Deloitte as a Manager. Vish then held various tax management positions at CB&I from 2012 to 2017, including Regional Tax Manager for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific & Australia. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Tax Advisory, specializing in tax management and consulting for EMEA & APA. Vish Beedassy then joined Wood as the Group APAC Tax from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Tax at St Barbara Limited.

Vish Beedassy's education history includes a variety of degrees and qualifications. It is not specified when they attended the University of Cambridge, although they obtained a PgD (Cantab) degree from the Judge Business School, in the field of study from Hughes Hall. Vish'seducational journey also includes completing a FTI degree at the Taxation Institute of Australia in 2012. Additionally, they obtained an FCA degree from ICAEW in 2009 and a CA degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2008. In 2011 and 2012, they also pursued a Post Grad Diploma of Advanced Taxation at the Taxation Institute of Australia, focusing on the field of taxation.
