Ronald Kubitz

Ronald Kubitz serves as the Recruitment Director at St. Barnabas Health System, Inc. since January 2023, overseeing the recruitment process for the health system and its affiliates. Previously, Ronald held the position of Director of Recruiting and Human Resources at Forms+Surfaces, managing HR policies and compliance from June 2014 to December 2022. Ronald's career includes significant roles such as HR Recruiting & Training Manager at Brayman Construction Corp, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and employee relations, and E/M Staffing Practice Director at The Mergis Group, where four new offices were strategically launched. Ronald began a lengthy tenure at Peak Technical Services as a National Sales/Recruiting Manager, effectively managing operations and a substantial recruiting desk. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Duquesne University.
