Samuel Lam

Samuel Lam, PharmD has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical field. Samuel started their career in 2007 as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Caremark Corporation and went on to become a Pharmacist at the same company. Samuel also worked as a Police Cadet at the New York City Police Department during this time. In 2015, they joined C.O. Bigelow Chemists, Inc. as a Pharmacist before moving on to supervisory roles at Award Pharmacy and Drugland Pharmacy. In 2020, they became a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist at CHC Health and later joined SBH Health System as the Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager and eventually the Associate Director of Pharmacy, Ambulatory Services.

Samuel Lam, PharmD attended The Bronx High School of Science from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Samuel then pursued higher education at St. John's University from 2006 to 2012, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in Pharmacy. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Notary Public from the New York State Department of State and as a Pharmacist-Certified Immunizer from the New York State Education Department.
