Lorenzo Hernandez

Lorenzo Hernandez is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social services and community resource management. Currently serving as Senior Program Director at St. Barnabas Senior Services since July 2022, Lorenzo previously held multiple leadership roles at Toberman Neighborhood Center, Inc., including Senior Director of Community Resources, Acting Executive Director, and Social Services Manager from August 2020 to July 2022. At Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center, Lorenzo worked from June 2016 to August 2020 as Regional Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to case management and service coordination for children with developmental disabilities, and ensured compliance with state mandates. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager Service Coordinator from July 2011 to June 2016.
