Melanie Dawalt

Melanie DaWalt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melanie started their career as an HR Coordinator/HR Generalist at MillerCoors in 2008 and worked there until 2010. After that, they worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Insperity from 2011 to 2012. Melanie then joined FleetPride as a Regional Human Resource Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they became a Talent Resource Consultant at MillerCoors until 2016. Following that, they worked as an Executive Assistant - Field Based at CH2M, Agile1 in 2016. Melanie then transitioned to the role of Recruiter at Broadleaf Results from 2018 to 2021, where they delivered total talent management services across various industries.
