Richard Stevenson

Richard Stevenson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at St. Bourke, an asset management and property development company specializing in residential communities. Prior experience includes three years as Project Manager at GASKINS + LECRAW, focusing on civil engineering and site planning for diverse clients. Prior to that, Richard was a Civil Engineer at Tierra West LLC, providing civil engineering services across the southwest United States, and at GHD, a global technical professional services firm. Early in their career, Richard held the position of Student Brand Manager at Red Bull Australia. Richard holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Commerce from The University of Western Australia, as well as an exchange experience at The University of New Mexico.
