Ryan Tilley worked for the St. Charles County Government from 2008 to present, initially starting as an Environmental Public Health Specialist and later becoming the Director of Environmental Health and Protection in 2012. As the Director, they were responsible for overseeing several public health programs, managing staff, and the operational budget for the division.
