Director Of Environmental Health And Protection at St. Charles County Government

Ryan Tilley worked for the St. Charles County Government from 2008 to present, initially starting as an Environmental Public Health Specialist and later becoming the Director of Environmental Health and Protection in 2012. As the Director, they were responsible for overseeing several public health programs, managing staff, and the operational budget for the division. In their previous role as an inspector, their duties included conducting inspections and providing education on various areas such as food safety, lodging, childcare, body art, recreational facilities, and solid waste management. Ryan also had significant oversight of the county's recycling centers.

Ryan Tilley, MPPA, REHS, has a Master of Public Policy Administration (MPPA) degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005. Additionally, Ryan completed the VISION ST. CHARLES COUNTY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM in 2015.
