Molly Wells Darling

Molly Wells Darling has extensive work experience in the healthcare and behavioral health fields. Molly started their career at Deschutes County in 1998, where they worked as a Crisis and Intensive Adult Services Supervisor until 2004. Molly then joined St. Charles Health System as an Inpatient Psychiatric Manager and later became the Director of Inpatient Psychiatric Services from 2015 to 2018. After a brief period as a Program Manager at Deschutes County, Molly Wells Darling returned to St. Charles Health System in 2022 as the Administrative System Behavioral Health Director.

Molly Wells Darling has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Molly also holds a Masters of Social Work from Walla Walla University. No specific time frames are provided for either degree.
