Grayson Touchard

Grayson Touchard is an experienced professional in event coordination and public relations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation in St. Charles Parish Government since June 2024. As the owner of Black Monarch Events & Creations since April 2023, Grayson specializes in event planning and coordination for weddings and special events. Previous roles include Event Coordinator at Discovery Health Sciences Schools and the Pontchartrain Center, along with independent contracting work focused on event planning and marketing at USL NOLA. Grayson's background also encompasses social media marketing management at The TJC Group and event operations internships at Landmark Event Staffing Services Inc. Grayson holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, both from Louisiana State University, along with prior studies in biology at William Carey University and a high school diploma from Hahnville High School.
