Monica Miller RN, MSN, CCM, ACM-RN, CCCTM, CMAC is the Director of Care Management, Social Services, and Post Acute Services at St. Clair Health. Prior to this, Monica served as the Manager of Care Management and Social Services at the same hospital. Monica previously worked at West Penn Allegheny Health Network as a Clinical Case Manager. Monica holds a Master's degree in Care Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a BSN in Registered Nursing from Carlow University.
