Colleen Kluber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked at St. Coletta of Wisconsin as the Associate Director of Employment & Education, where they focused on providing meaningful instruction and employment skills to individuals in the Genesis program. Colleen Kluber completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in K-12 special education/elementary education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1987 to 1992. Colleen then pursued a Master of Arts (MA.Ed) degree in educational leadership/curriculum & instruction at Marian University of Fond du Lac between 2002 and 2006.

Established by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi- Milwaukee over a century ago, St. Coletta of Wisconsin is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality residential, day/vocational programs and services for person with development disabilities and other challenges. We strive to provide consumer-driven programs and services that consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. As one of the oldest organizations in the country, we are dedicated to upholding the rights of person with disabiltiies to be included in all aspects of life, to participate as full citizens and to direct the services and support they require for a quality life. At St. Coletta we are strongly committed to cultivating both an internal and external sense of community. Connections with communities in which we live and work are equally as important as nurturing the internal connections between clients, staff families and benefactors. These relations build a community spirit that is unquie part of our organization. Though ecumenical in our approach, our hertiage as a Catholic/Franciscan organization and our ongoing sponsorship by the Sisters of St. Francis as Assisi guides all decision making and has a strong influence on programs, services and values.
