Michele Kosinski

Michele Kosinski has over 28 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Michele'smost recent role was as the Director of Integration at St. Croix Hospice starting in October 2019. Previously, they worked as a Compliance Officer & Home/Hospice Clinical Consultant at Hometown Hospice & Homecare, Inc. from April 2013 to October 2019. Before that, they were the Clinical Administrator at Generations Home & Hospice from July 2010 to April 2013. Kosinski also served as a Clinical Administrator at Allay Home and Hospice, Inc. from March 2008 to April 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Clinical Consultant at HCR ManorCare from March 2000 to March 2008. During the same period, they were also a Clinical Consultant at Heartland Home health care and Hospice. Kosinski held the position of Administrator / Director of Clinical Services at TLC Staff Builders from 1996 to 2000. Michele also worked as a Visiting Nurse Association, Home Health Aide Supervisor & Private Duty Case Manager at Aurora Health Care from 1994 to 1996.
