Kimberly Ericson

Kimberly Ericson is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at St. Croix Health since April 2023. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Osceola Medical Center from May 2019 to March 2023. A significant tenure at Fairview Health Services as VP Finance-Ambulatory Services spanned from April 2006 to May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance Administration at Children's Home Society of Minnesota and as Administrator at Carolinas HealthCare System, where management of an Ambulatory Surgery Center was a key responsibility. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from the University of Saint Thomas, obtained between 1986 and 1988.
