Joycelyn Jurado

Joycelyn Jurado is an experienced educator and program manager with a strong background in community initiatives and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Program Associate at St. David's Foundation since December 2022, Joycelyn previously held the position of Senior Regional Director at IT'S TIME TEXAS from July 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included expanding partnerships and program delivery across the state. Prior to this, Joycelyn spent nearly eight years at Southwest Key Programs in various leadership roles, focusing on community transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes consulting work and positions at Citizen Schools, where Joycelyn enhanced educational opportunities for middle school students, and the Breakthrough Collaborative, which supports high-potential students. Joycelyn holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
