Dave Hoak

Dave Hoak is a Neurohospitalist at St. David's HealthCare since September 2016. Prior to this role, Dave worked as a physician at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University from July 2015 to June 2016, and as a resident physician at the University of Minnesota from June 2011 to June 2015. Dave obtained a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University between 2007 and 2011 and completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Iowa from 2001 to 2005.
