Phillip Fouts

Phillip Fouts has 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama since May 2023 and as Assistant Chief Financial Officer at St Francis Hospital since December 2020. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Quorum Health from May 2016 to December 2020 and multiple positions, including CFO and ACFO, at Community Health Systems and Quorum Health Resources, as well as an ACFO role at Quorum Health from January 1998 to November 2004.
