Tracey Wheeler

Tracey Wheeler is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership and accreditation within higher education. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at St. George Auto Gallery since October 2021, Tracey aligns business strategies with employee performance. As a Lead Site Visitor for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation since March 2008, Tracey evaluates institutions' compliance with education standards. Previous roles include Senior Director of Programmatic Approvals at the American College of Education and Director positions at Western Governors University and Utah Tech University, where significant contributions were made to program development and accreditation processes. Tracey holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Utah State University, as well as a Master of Education from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach.
