Christine Swabey

Christine joined the Council in 2021. Christine has operated at a senior level in the commercial, public and third sectors, with significant Chair experience. She has had a particular focus on delivering consumer focussed service improvement, notably in education, health and social care and is experienced in developing strong governance within complex accountability frameworks, forging strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
