Mr. Brian McGovern has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Currently serving as the Alumni/Development Associate and previously as the Director of Food Service at St. Ignatius College Preparatory since October 2009, McGovern has developed a strong background in alumni relations and food service management. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Wedgewood Banquet Center/Crystal Springs Golf Course from October 2001 to September 2009 and as Executive Chef/Owner at Knight's Catering from January 1986 to May 2000. McGovern holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from City College of San Francisco, where studies were completed between 1982 and 1984.
