Philipp Butts`

Philipp Butts is an experienced laboratory professional with a strong background in medical technology and laboratory management. Currently serving as a Systems and Methods Analyst at UR Medicine Labs since May 2018, Philipp also fulfills the role of LIS Coordinator and night shift medical technologist at St. James Mercy Hospital since November 2008, where responsibilities include performing testing for the Emergency Department and routine laboratory tasks. Prior experience includes managing all aspects of the laboratory at Jones Memorial Hospital from May 1998 to November 2008, focusing on quality assurance and quality control. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Zoology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an A.A.S. in Social Sciences from Alfred State College.
