Arianne Scott-Pittman has a diverse work experience in the field of laboratory services. Arianne is currently working as the Director of Laboratory Services at St. James Parish Hospital since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ochsner Health where they served as the Laboratory Operations Manager for their Baton Rouge Satellite Labs and Iberville MC Lab from 2019 to 2021. Arianne also held the position of Hospital Lab Operations and Anatomical Pathology Manager - Baton Rouge from 2019 to 2021.

From 2012 to 2019, Arianne worked at Quest Diagnostics as a Technical Patient Services Supervisor and CLIA Lab Director POC Waived Testing Site. Arianne'sresponsibilities included managing physician in-office phlebotomy, patient services centers, and CLIA Waived testing sites in various territories.

Before joining Quest Diagnostics, Arianne was employed at University Medical Center New Orleans as a Pre-Analytical Specialist and Phlebotomy Supervisor from 2010 to 2012. Arianne also gained experience at Ochsner Health System as a Charge Medical Technologist from 2007 to 2010.

Arianne Scott-Pittman has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended Northwestern State University, where they focused on Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. Arianne later went on to attend LSU Health Sciences Center - Shreveport in 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist.

In 2018, Arianne enrolled at Capella University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In addition to their academic achievements, Arianne has also obtained various certifications. In 2021, they received the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Ochsner Health and the CLS - GENERALIST certification from the Lousisana State Board of Medical Examiners. In 2018, they completed a certification course titled "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals" through LinkedIn. Arianne is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and holds the title of Medical Laboratory Technologist from the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP).
