David McDonough has an extensive background in educational leadership, serving as an Assistant Head of School at St. James School and previously holding roles such as Founding Principal and Regional Director at Mastery Charter Schools. Their experience includes turning around underperforming schools and leading staff and students towards success. David holds a MA in Educational Administration from Santa Clara University.
